Detailed Description of Goods/Services & Delivery Policy

Services Provided: We provide event access, ticketing, and fundraising support for community projects.

Delivery Method: All tickets, donation receipts, and confirmation vouchers purchased through this website are digital products.

Delivery Timeline: Upon successful completion of payment via the Payfast gateway, your digital tickets/vouchers will be dispatched automatically via electronic mail (email) to the address provided during checkout within 5 to 10 minutes.

No physical delivery of goods applies unless explicitly stated for promotional merchandise.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Ticket Cancellations: Cancellations requested more than 15 days before an event may receive a 50% refund, subject to a payment gateway administration fee. Cancellations within 15 days of the event are strictly non-refundable.

Event Cancellation or Postponement: If an event is cancelled or permanently postponed by the Organisation, ticket holders will be issued a refund of the ticket price or an alternative ticket voucher of equal value subject to a payment gateway administration fee.

Donations: Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all donations are freely given, unrestricted gifts and may be applied at the recipient organisation’s discretion. General donations made to the non-profit are voluntary, considered irrevocable gifts, and are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be reversed to the original funding source (credit card or bank account) via the Payfast Merchant Dashboard within 7 to 10 business days.

Transaction Currency & Pricing Display

Core Transaction Currency: The legal transaction currency for all payments cleared through our payment gateway is the South African Rand (ZAR).

International Displays: While the website may display estimated equivalent values in United States Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR) for your convenience, your bank card will ultimately be debited in ZAR at checkout. The exact final amount charged in your own currency is subject to exchange rate fluctuations determined by your card issuer.

Export Restrictions

Digital Goods: There are no geographic or export restrictions on our digital ticketing or donation services; international donors and attendees are welcome to purchase.

Physical Goods (If applicable): If physical merchandise is offered, shipping is limited exclusively to addresses within the borders of South Africa. We do not export physical products internationally.

Payment Security: All credit card transactions are acquired via Payfast by Network. Cardholder data is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) directly on Payfast’s secure servers. No credit card details are ever stored or viewed on our website servers.
